What we enjoy most of all is the personal involvement we have with the
bride and groom to be at the earliest stages of planning the big day.
We like to sit with the bridal party and talk about food and menu styles over a
decent cup of coffee, so in the end we know we have tailor made a menu
that absolutely suits the occasion.
My wife Cherene also finds it very rewarding to take a close and personal ‘hands on’ approach to liaising with the bride to be. Cherene can help with advice for all areas of front of house service weather it be color schemes, table design and set up or floor planning. Once again over a decent cappuccino, of course.
The key to a successful event is personal service.
It is very satisfying for us both when we finish a wedding and we know the food quality has been excellent, the service has been outstanding and the all the guests have had a great night.
